The Advisory Offering's vision is to build new ways of serving our clients by defining a differentiated offering and integrating it across the digital delivery channels
In the challenging role as Legal and Regulatory Specialist, Platform you will
Identify regulatory, legal or compliance considerations associated to either new or enhancements to existing platforms as part of the wider digitisation efforts
Advise the product owner(s) how to address the relevant considerations associated to the new offering, service and/or functionality, whilst mitigating/preventing issues
Analyse the operational processes and functionalities which are in scope; assess and advise on the re-designing of processes and facilitate drafting of legal documents, e.g., Client Contracts, Terms and Conditions
Conduct cross-border analysis and derive restriction rules
Seek to lead analysis of legal and or regulatory consultations relevant to the relevant platforms, provide recommendations and syndicate approaches to operate against these
Driving regulatory approval and/or notification processes, involving relevant internal and external business partners
Close collaboration with the General Counsel and Compliance departments
Outstanding working experience in ground breaking topic defining the future of Private Banking

You Offer
A university degree, ideally in law
International experience in regulatory matters of the private banking and investment services industry, ideally cross border and product offering experience
Ability to combine and challenge legal and business requirements
Demonstrated ability to innovate and motivate change
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, a solution oriented way of working and implementation track record
Outstanding partner management skills in a diverse environment
