Job Description

• M&A origination and execution
• Project Management of an entire transaction (negotiation, valuation, documentation for dealing, PMI, Due Diligence, financial modelling)
• General business operations and adhoc duties 

【Requirement】

• At least 10 years of related experience in M&A, IB, corporate finance, PE (preferably from buy-side)
• Skills for deal sourcing and managing projects
• Excellent communication skills, ability of Japanese language will have a strong advantage to liaise with internal and external Japanese clients
• Related deal exposure with technology (IT) sectors
