The Financial Products Knowledge Group is responsible for building and delivering thoughtful training programs that support the execution of Bloomberg strategy across Financial Products. This role, reporting to the Regional Financial Products Knowledge Group Team Leader, will be responsible for all matters related to developing and maintaining the skills and knowledge necessary to the success of our Bloomberg Financial Products employees in the region. This includes handling key relationships with senior managers within and outside the business units the Knowledge Group supports to ensure the curriculum, content design and delivery align with key metrics and business initiatives. The role also includes working directly with all representatives throughout Core Terminal and other groups within Enterprise Sales to educate, facilitate and coach around skill sets and knowledge that are essential to their success in this department.

You'll need to have:
sales and /or product management track record
A highly successful sales track record having spent time in Financial Products, coupled with a deep understanding of sellside
An acute awareness of current sellside trends in financial markets
Strong presentation and communication skills
A deep understanding of our products and how it differentiates from competitors
Expert knowledge of our Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients and their workflows
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships at all levels
Strategic internal partnerships across departments
Strong presentation and communication skills
A laser focus on execution and change management
Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple stakeholders and organizational items
