Business Analyst / Project Manager (IBOR Transition)

Project: support in the IBOR Transition impact analysis and execution preparation for Global Markets and Treasury

Project Duration: min. 12 months

SCOPE OF WORK

• Define the roadmap and the key deliverables to prepare and execute the transition
• Prepare specific efforts / workload requirements for the transition ahead, be it for new products or legacy portfolio transfer.
• Coordinate with Global governance
• Liaise with the business and product owners in APAC to analyze impact on the offer
• Review processes, bypasses, challenges ahead and propose proxy approach
• Coordinate client and internal staff trainings to raise awareness.
• Evaluate impact on internal IT systems and evaluate changes needed for IT to enact.
• Monitoring and reporting of exposure inventory.
• Identify scope of repapering needs and set up planning for completion.
• Assess any other interdependencies that may impact execution.  
• Adapt to the evolving scope of tasks ahead, with the programme managers

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of Investment Banking experience
• Good working knowledge of Markets / Treasury products and key regulations
• Exposure to LIBOR-based products, LIBOR organization a plus
• Exposure to LIBOR Transition a strong plus
• Ability to adapt to an evolving scope of work
• Agility in preparation and delivery of required tasks 
• Ability to organize efforts and retroplanning to anticipate blocking points and hard deadlines
• Experience in writing business requirements
• Comfortable working with different banking departments and multi-jurisdictions
• Strong analytical skills and inquisitive disposition
• Knowledge of core banking systems (deal capture, accounting, statement, advices, P&L)
• Well-developed presentation skills
• Efficiently working under pressure
• Fluency in English
