(Deputy) Head of IT | buy-side or Asset Management | HKD 1,100,000 - HKD 1,500,000 | Inhouse + Perm

The position as a Principal Business consultant:

• Act as a Consulting and Business Analyst & Project Management Lead.
• Lead and advise the team on change management activities
• Participate in system enhancement activities including opportunity identification and qualification, work with subject matter expert or external vendors in developing proposal, scope and estimation of work.
• Work with business side to understand the business challenges and requirements, work with vendors on coming up with solutions, functional & technical specifications & proposal, proposal preparation, development and delivery.

The position as a Principal Business consultant: 

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 10 years working experiences of which at least 3 years focus on provide management consulting services or experiences in Fintect space within Asset Management industry.
• Experiences working in SI / vendor / consulting environment is preferred but not essential.
• At least 3 years experiences in multi-site and multi-channel delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively across an organization.
