Your day.

In the role of Graphic Designer you need to know how to:

• Design campaigns with dynamic and engaging artwork that represents strategic concepting and writing abilities
• Create designs with the ability to navigate between strategy, conceptual and finished high-design projects and campaigns
• Concept campaigns and designs in collaborative, creative environments with multiple team members
• Build campaigns that can extend across multiple tactics including web, digital, out-of-home, print, signage and promotional items 
• Manage a range of high conceptual design creation to more technical designs ilke reports and collateral development
• Ensure system-wide brand identity management and adherence to brand guidelines across all graphics and materials produced, including all digital platforms.  

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• Layout and design principles normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design or related area, required
• Minimum 8 years experience in advertising and marketing industries (emphasis on advertising agency experience)
• Ability to work and flourish using a consistent set of tools and work processes (Illustrator, photoshop, InDesign) 
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to design a wide range of projects with short and medium deadlines
• Experience in designing campaigns including print, outdoor, digital, web design and infographics
• An excellent grasp of printing and production processes that result in setting up print files properly for our print vendors.
• Ability to work and flourish within a set of brand guidelines
