We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Digital Sales (Wealth and Deposits) – Wealth and Personal Banking. Principal Responsibilities - Owning and delivering the local digital sales as well as working closely with global, regional and local stakeholders
- Driving an increase in digital sales via all the Digital channels across the wealth & deposits products, and looking to drive the digital agenda through digital targets.
- Building a 'best in class' digital sales strategy locally that will lead and deliver value across the key operating activities that span sales management, digital messaging, digital optimization and digital data, and working with wider stake holders to lead, encourage and drive results locally
- Making use of analytical findings to continually improve customer's experience
- Leading and driving optimization of the elements of the digital channels that span public website, social media, data & technology services, push, email and online banking.
- Conceptualizing, managing and running local online wealth & deposit campaigns end-to end
Requirements - Outstanding subject matter expertise of digital channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations.
- Strong personal links in the digital and finance industry
- Strong experience in top to bottom sales funnel management
- Good analytical background, with experience in Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics
- Experience in both the developed and emerging markets
- Ability to lead and influence teams
- Managing operational functions, directing process reengineering and efficiency exercises.
- Keen understanding of products, services and underlying processes to fulfill.
- Strong commercial orientation, track record of balancing risks versus rewards and maximizing the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
- Deep and wide subject matter expertise of digital channels in banking
- Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams across different functions.
- Strong people leadership and team work skills
- Ability to gather and analyse information, judgment and decision making, communication competencies.
- An understanding of and respect for different cultures, working with colleagues from different countries within a region
