The Student Affairs Coordinator - MBA is an integral member of the graduate program team. He or she provides support for EMBA, PMBA and full time MBA curricular and co-curricular activities and works with Olin students, faculty and staff.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with program leadership, faculty and students to ensure the professional delivery of EMBA, PMBA and full time MBA courses and co-curricular activities.� This would include assisting with logistics and coordination of events, materials, course information, budget tracking and other items related to supporting EMBA, PMBA and full time MBA students and academic advisors.
Assist in the planning and delivery of EMBA Orientation sessions and residencies for the EMBA Shanghai and EMBA Mumbai programs.
Serve as an academic advisor to approximately 40 degree candidates.� Service as a liaison and be available to consult on course sequencing and major revisions.
Provide general academic, program, and university support for program priority areas and initiatives.
One to three years of full- time work experience in higher education setting or related role, including graduate assistantship roles
Extensive project management experience
Experience providing services to working professionals
The hiring range for this position is $21.18 - $26.99 per hour.
