As the Manager of Recruitment, you'll provide direct oversight of graduate admissions recruitment efforts for the school's MSW and PhD programs offered on the Boston campus, 4 off-campus sites, and online, utilizing traditional and digital outreach efforts to attract the best qualified applicants. You'll supervise and mentor three graduate admissions advisors and a small group of student ambassadors. In collaboration with key players at BUSSW, you'll develop strategic recruitment initiatives that help the school meet its enrollment goals for all programs. You'll design and execute campaigns that engage inquiries and applicants and manage operations of the electronic prospect management system (Liaison EMP) - a CRM system.
You'll lead the effort to nurture qualified leads by developing personal outreach strategies via email, phone calls, and text campaigns. Working collaboratively with the marketing manager, you'll refine outreach tactics by utilizing marketing and admissions data. You'll also oversee data inputs to the EMP system by admissions advisors and maintain accurate records of all recruitment efforts by recording touchpoints, events, and lead information updates.
As the recruitment manager, you'll also be involved in a variety of recruitment activities including, but not limited to, representing BUSSW at graduate school fairs and national and local conferences, facilitating admission information sessions, and meeting with prospective students. This will require some evening, overnight, and weekend work.

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of admissions/recruitment experience required. Knowledge of and/or experience in social work and/or higher education preferred.
