Education:
Professional certification in a health science (CMA, RRT, CRT, RT, PTA or discipline specific equivalent) plus 9 years of experience in a clinical or administrative direct patient careor a healthcare informatics or an academic/research informatics role; OR
Bachelors Degree in a health or human science, health administration, social science or equivalent, plus 7 years of experience in a clinical or administrative direct patient careor a healthcare informatics or an academic/research informatics role; OR
Masters Degree in a health or human science, health administration, social science or equivalent, plus 5 years of experience in a clinical or administrative direct patient careor a healthcare informatics or an academic/research informatics role.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience leading small to medium scale projects
- Clinical or supervisory/managerial experience in the direct delivery of patient care or equivalent social services or applied informatics.
- Experience as an end user of HIT software or equivalent

Registration, Certifications and/or Licenses:
- Vendor Certification within 6 months of hire
- CPHIMS or professional informatics certification equivalent within 6 months of hire
