- An understanding of the academic culture with the ability to relate well to faculty and other constituents

- A strong background in client relationship management
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing, media, web, social media plans, and activities
- Demonstrated organizational skills in a multi-task environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing, and the demonstrated ability to interface comfortably with both the academic community and experienced business executives
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or similar field. Master’s degree preferred or any combination of education and experience that provides the required skills and ability. Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in a family business, corporate, social sector, or educational management role. Prior experience in executive/career coaching, fundraising, and operations management in an academic environment are strongly desired. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and meet CGU’s authorized driver’s requirements. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Supervises Student Workers.
