About the Opportunity: Skilled writer and disciplined organizer, willing to roll up his/her sleeves and get things done. Able to read or listen to variety of stakeholders and funnel this learning into streamlined written communications. A self-starter, able to shepherd communications through key stakeholders through revisions and execution flawlessly. Someone eager and capable of taking direction, quickly synthesizing information, and writing emails, PPT presentations, and editorial knowledge articles that are precise, clear, and in appropriate tone and voice of the department or stakeholder.
Implement day to day upkeep and content creation of two digital properties through Phase II and Phase III including the creation of new digital assets such as Keynotes, videos -Daily use of CMS in both websites to equip changes to banners, Knowledge, page assets -Oversight of Knowledge Article Management, Editorial, Creation and Storage of Information assets into a structured, well defined information repository -Targeted page upkeep for Key Contacts and Managers, development of a plan (with Knowledge coordinators and stakeholders) of materials to further enrich target assets -Day to day execution on Phase II and Phase III of HR website including: Fresh and relevant content; Initiating, organizing and implementing story creation for website; Management of PDF repository and switch to new url and long term pdf storage plan
Day to day HR annual cycle executional duties -Creation of template database for Agendas, Meeting Notes, Weekly meeting milestone gathering -Organization of shared drive assets, sunsetting appropriate materials, creating universal infrastructure of information and creating a shared list of assets available in one place -16 annual functions: initiation, editorial, execution of basic campaign needs Meeting communications through pdf/powerpoint/word docs/other
Assistance in creation of materials and implementation of Transformational journey strategies -Implementation of strategy and communication goals and executions (created by Manager) -Upkeep of weekly updates -Comms to internal and external teams, including execution of database of Advisory board: Groups with emails; Letters and agendas -Weekly status of communications for each transformational stage -Upkeep on Comms Placemat -Oversight of asset development -Attendance at all weekly and monthly status meetings
Events organization and communications -Annual event ideation initiation to execution of variety of needs including meeting materials, creation and gathering of assets, implementation, follow up emails
Qualifications: -Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in HR or related field in Communications
-Proficiency in PPT, Excel, Word and Adobe basic
-Minimal video production capabilities a benefit
-Detail-oriented a must
-Disciplined communicator, creating communications that reflect the needs of stakeholders and organizational needs
-Able to build communications that evolve and/or elevate one unified message
-A skilled multi-tasker able to functionally develop communications across platforms efficiently
-Deadline oriented and driven by a fast-paced environment
-An eager, spirited team player, ready to invest him/herself in a process or project and jump into fill required needs.
