Job Summary: Specific Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: - Participates in the development of specifications for solutions
- Partners with users in designing/enabling features for solutions
- Advises on best practices and technical approach
- Advises on how to implement and integrate applications
- Prepares and executes demos and training sessions
- Provides effort estimates on work packages
- Keeps abreast on digital marketing technologies and trends
Administration: - Responds to customers
- Writes technical documentation
- Grants/modifies user access to systems
- Participates in interview process for new hires and contractors
Development: - Configures, programs, and integrates applications
- Troubleshoots and resolves frontend and backend issues
- Maintains software (e.g., patches, upgrades)
- Participates in code reviews with the development team
- Sets up and manages local and cloud environments
- Manages build automation and deployment process through CI/CD pipelines and other aspects of the devops toolchain, as needed
- Opens tickets with vendors
Miscellaneous: - Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree in a major such as computer science, information technology, digital marketing, or related; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
- Experience with a CMS, integrating digital marketing applications, and with search and/or in memory data storage solutions.
Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.) - Development: Ability to code and integrate applications.
- Knowledge or experience of digital marketing concepts.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Sitecore, Salesforce CRM and MarketingCloud, and Tealium
- Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Docker
- Experience with SOLR and/or Redis
- Knowledge and/or experience tracing the customer journey (e.g., via landing pages and integrations)
