The Project Manager will manage operational aspects of the Selective Enrollment Testing and Accelerated Placement Programs for CPS. He/she will train and monitor testing staff and ensure that CPS staff is kept abreast of the project's progress and emerging issues. This includes but is not limited to staffing issues, testing accuracy, facilities scheduling, and University resources allocation. He/she will ensure that the CPS testing programs will execute on time, smoothly, and successfully.
This is a year-round position.
The successful applicant is preferred to have the following qualifications: a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree and relevant project management experience.

Examiner qualifications for Riverside InsightsTM Special Needs Assessments have been informed by the Joint Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing (American Educational Research Association (AERA), American Psychological Association (APA), & National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME). (2014). Standards for educational and psychological testing. Washington, DC: AERA). Three applicable standards: 1.Criterion 1: Responsibility for test use should be assumed by or delegated only to those individuals who have the training, professional credentials, and experience necessary to handle this responsibility. Any special qualifications for test administration or interpretation specified in the test manual should be met. (p. 114). 2.Criterion 2: Those responsible for educational testing programs should ensure that the individuals who administer and score the test(s) are proficient in the appropriate test administration procedures and scoring procedures and that they understand the importance of adhering to the directions provided by the test developer. (p. 147). 3.Criterion 3: Those responsible for the educational testing programs should ensure that the individuals who interpret the test results to make decisions within the school context are qualified to do so or are assisted by and consult with persons who are qualified. (p. 148).
Knowledge & Skills:
Experience in project management and staff supervision is required. Basic Word and Excel skills. Extremely strong organization skills are critical to managing large groups of young testers as well as a large student staff.
