The Manager, Salesforce Services is responsible for all facets of Illinois Tech's Salesforce platform, including related applications across the CRM environment, such as Marketing Cloud and the Education Data Architecture (EDA). The manager is the subject-matter expert for Salesforce and related CRM applications. The manager reports to the Associate CIO of Enterprise Systems.

Education & Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
3 years minimum of experience as a Salesforce administrator/developer.
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations.
Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce orgs.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
Knowledge of and experience in Salesforce Security and Marketing Cloud are required.
Knowledge of and experience in Sales Cloud and EDA are preferred.
Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, while managing stakeholders' expectations.
Ability to think creatively and strong problem-solving skills.

Apex experience is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
The successful candidate must possess experience with managing SLA expectations, the production-support model, and the rotational-support model. The abilities to successfully work independently and with groups are also a must.
