DSLCC Writing Center is seeking a dynamic individual to provide quality learning experiences to enable students to enhance their writing skills across the curriculum. Writing tutors work closely with students to provide writing support in all program areas of the college . Strong writing, interpersonal, time management, and customer service skills are a required. Major responsibilities include: providing writing tutoring services to students, maintaining records, and giving status updates to instructors. Writing tutors work closely with faculty and students to provide excellent tutoring services. This is a part time job providing both remote and in-person tutoring sessions.
