Correspondent Lending is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to lead and oversee activities of a Mortgage Loan Acquisitions team. We are looking for an engaged operational leader who has strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage day to day pipeline management and provide team direction. The candidate will have the ability to think outside of the box and bring a fresh perspective to the operations team. This manager must be proactive in identifying process inefficiencies and make recommendations on enhancements to the process. This role is accountable for ensuring quality service is provided to internal/external customers each day. The candidate must also possess a desire to develop and support their team members in their career aspirations.

Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze financial metrics
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Mortgage industry experience
Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change
Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
A demonstrated focus on coaching, mentoring and guiding team member development
Experience meeting high production and quality standards
