The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The vision for the Consumer Lending business is to leverage technology and data to make it simple for customers to easily access credit when and where they need it. Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices as well as online and digital channels. Responsible for managing and developing multiple teams of mortgage sales consultants in a centralized telephone sales environment, ensuring that production goals and customer needs are met while generating quality loans compliant with company policy and procedure. Provides guidance, support and oversight to supervisors in order to achieve performance targets and objectives. Duties include any or all of the following: coaching and developing supervisors; coordinating and building relationships with business partners; developing sales and referral skills; maintaining adequate staffing level to meet goals; developing plans to manage retention and recruiting effectiveness; ensuring that regulatory licensure and continuing education requirements are met; identifying and managing risk; communicating company policy, procedures, and practices. Primary focus is on day-to-day operational execution, although role will also include contributing to strategic planning within area of expertise. This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales management experience

Job Expectations
- This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date. - This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
