As a ServiceNow Engagement Manager, you need to know how to:
Lead engagements to facilitate roadmap planning, requirements, scope, deliverables and outcomes in order to bring qualitative and quantitative results to all initiatives
Drive continuous improvement of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on voice of the customer
Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow ITBM and function and facilitate the program roadmap building relationships with our key stakeholders and process owners across the products
Work closely with the Service Management leadership team to develop a deep understanding of our business partner needs, build broad and deep relationships with customers that invoke a genuine, working relationship rooted in trust and align engagement strategies accordingly
Partner with leaders to define, prioritize and execute on our Service Management operational needs and enhancements to successfully deliver ongoing value
Facilitate Service Management demand management activities
Promote a team culture of continual feedback on the cross functional team and with client to affirm the highest possible team performance and outcomes

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Five (5) years working in management with experience including a combination of the following:
three (3) years of project management experience
two (2) years experience with ServiceNow
two (2) years professional services/consulting, functioning in a business relationship role
Experience leading a team in an Agile/Scrum environment
ITIL Foundations certification
Project Management certification
Excellent interpersonal skills
Agile/Scrum experience, Scrum Master
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and processes to stakeholders with varying levels of technological experience
Experience managing technical & cross-functional teams in complex, dynamic environments
Performance-driven with strong analytical and organizational skills
Previous experience in support activities in a complex, multiple-site business environment
