Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. We focus on our clients' overall financial needs, with consideration and respect for their total relationship with Wells Fargo. CIB Shared Services is searching for an Intelligent Automation (IA) Leader to lead Robotics Process Improvement, Doc automation and other intelligent automation solutions for CIB.
More specific accountabilities will include, among others:
Partner closely with the Enterprise IA team
Establish appropriate governance with LOB stakeholders to identify and implement RPA that realizes efficiency and effectiveness goals
Partner with the process engineering team to identify, develop business cases and create process design documents
Provide IA expertise to define and evolve the IA Operating Model
Define and maintain an IA opportunity heat map to determine and quantify that areas of great opportunity
Define and maintain the IA strategy to align with and meet CIB and enterprise objectives
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to execute the IA strategy according to the IA Operating Model
In partnership with CIB businesses and EIT stakeholders, execute towards an IA long-term strategy and capability roadmap
Identify related capabilities (e.g. OCR, ICR, exception management/workflow, etc.) that enable a straight-thru digital operations environment in back office, middle office and staff groups
Scan marketplace for emerging tools and technologies and assess readiness and business case for adoption into the automation capability portfolio
Partner with EIT on the selection of new tools that provide IA and related capabilities by providing capability requirements and ensuring business needs are met
Maintain awareness of internal innovation and provide for alignment with the IA capability roadmap
Develop and own criteria/use cases that define the intended use of each IA tool/capability, including alignment with related non-IA tools (i.e. BPMS, etc.)
Inventory and maintain portfolio of IA tools, and related technologies, in use at Wells Fargo and other multinationals
As part of new IA tool/capability adoption, identify and lead the necessary business change management required to achieve the business case in the Wells Fargo technology and operating environment
Define the strategy to scale IA capabilities, over time, to meet business needs and demands while ensuring quality and long-term viability. This includes consideration and selection of centralized, federated, and distributed service delivery models
As part of governance, develop and oversee certification programs for IA capabilities not centrally delivered.
