DESCRIPTION: Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s)or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research ,monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).Support assigned product(s) or have complete responsibility for product line(s).
Establishing the on-going staff needs of the client, through the development of close business relationship
Performance Reviews - provides ongoing review of deliverables and subsequent support and guidance to maintain and improve client's experience levels in conjunction with the Business Unit and Sales, including performance improvement plans
Partner with RA Sales to ensure collaboration between sales and service delivery focused on meeting the short and long term needs of clients and driving business results
Support successful Project Delivery & Contractual Commitments as well as communication plans to keep RA Sales informed
Engage in constructive conflict resolution, pre and post sales, with stakeholders including customers, sales, BU, and channel
Conducting regular performance reviews with service delivery manager and project managers
Ensure administration and forecast deadlines are met including accurate submission of weekly / monthly reports
Networking with the client's key decision makers in order to identify and take advantage of new business opportunities
Ability to motivate others to make clients successful
Compliance with internal process
Key Skills, Competencies and Experience Required

Ability to work in a very matrix organisation
Excellent communication (written and verbal) with exceptional interpersonal skills
Outstanding organisational, multi-tasking and planning skills
Takes a positive approach to situations and adopts a solution mind set
Experienced in client service delivery (5 years), always looking at improvements and efficiencies
Excellent IT skills - MS office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Power BI is a plus.
Must be flexible and be able to travel across sites if required (less than 20% of the time)
Bachelors Degree (4 years)
English required for constant communication with Headquarters
