The Director of Quality Improvement and Value Based Services oversees and coordinates all activities related to the Watson Clinic QI Program and Value Based Incentive Programs. The Director works closely with staff, administrators, physicians, and committees to ensure timely identification and resolution of clinical and service concerns in an effort to provide excellent care and service to Watson Clinic patients. The Director is responsible for implementing and oversite of the Clinic’s value based incentive programs to maximize the available incentive dollars.
In addition, the QI Director acts as a resource and conducts research on regulatory and accreditation requirements, providing education and the necessary tools to facilitate compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/Healthcare leadership related field required. RN credentials are preferred, as is a certification in Health Care Quality. Master’s Degree highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ experience in healthcare management to include clinical operations and 5 years directly managing quality improvement and value based payment concepts. Demonstrated knowledge in compliance, education, and project management is necessary. A strong knowledge and understanding of HEDIS measures and risk adjustment payment models is required. Additionally, the right candidate will be a collaborative leader and engaging communicator.
