The Program Assistant- Accreditation & Data Manager provides administrative support to the Associate Dean of the School of Business by coordinating the data and support functions required for the maintenance of AACSB accreditation and the effective administration of all of the academic programs within the School of Business. The selected candidate will serve as the internal point of contact for accreditation requirements. Duties performed require extensive knowledge of AACSB accreditation requirements, the duties and responsibilities of the Associate Dean, and the policies and procedures of the School of Business, the Graduate School, and the University. The individual must have knowledge and familiarity with the policies and procedures relating to the academic programs offered by the School of Business. The individual establishes and maintains comprehensive records and data associated with AACSB accreditation across multiple data platforms and academic programs. The Accreditation & Data Manager must have data structure and preliminary analysis skills with both qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources. The ability to synthesize multiple source data is required. The individual in this position reports directly to the Associate Dean of the School who has responsibility for maintaining AACSB accreditation, all academic programs offered by the unit, and student enrollment, retention, and graduation. The individual in this position must have familiarity with the operations of Business Student Services, and School of Business undergraduate and graduate programs and be able to coordinate various administrative policies. Further duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs and goals of the school.

-Master's degree preferred. -Must have knowledge and skills in data structure and preliminary data analyses. -Must be able to work across multiple platforms to acquire, enter, and structure qualitative and quantitative data as needed to support AACSB accreditation, internal, and external reporting needs for the School and its academic programs. -Knowledge of faculty qualification/scholarship, teaching, and service data and ability to use Digital Measures and other data platforms to produce accurate data for the Dean and Associate Dean to use in reporting. -Comprehensive knowledge of the admissions and retention processes and their requirements, the curricula, and the graduation procedures for the School of Business academic programs. -Comprehensive knowledge of the functions and services offered by the School and other University offices that are associated with AACSB accreditation, graduate and undergraduate admissions, promotion and public relations, class scheduling, graduate and undergraduate records, and the individuals who are employed in these offices. -Be able and willing to answer phone inquiries and complaints dealing with a wide range of subjects related to accreditation and the programs offered by the School and University. -Be able to master a complex filing system that is coordinated with University and School records. -Have a good working knowledge of the class scheduling system of the School and University. -Have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Access.
