Project Opportunities and Qualifications (2 projects) Project Title: COVID-19 Pivot Project Background:Partners for Andean Community Health (PACH)'s mission is to empower our local partner FISBUSPAM by providing resources and international volunteers to support the medical care of vulnerable populations in Ecuador. Due to Covid-19, we can no longer conduct medical missions which limits our ability to support FIBUSPAM and its patients and provide cash resources to fund FIBSUPAM's work. Project Description: The objective of this project is to create a clear and concise business and marketing plan to help PACH pivot in the Covid-19 environment. The business and marketing plan would have the ultimate goal of 1) raising funds to support the work of FIBUSPAM, 2) Keeping our current volunteers engaged while also attracting new constituents via new program offerings, and 3) continue to provide technical support to FIBUSPAM.
