Under the direction of the Director of ERP Solution Services, this position provides, analysis, implementation and resolution for third-party applications that integrate with Ellucian.
Associates degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent formal training in related field.
Six year combination of education and related experience.
Two years of ERP Related System Configuration and Testing experience. Ellucian Colleague preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Maintains currency of new third-party application features and functionality and articulates this information to both technical staff and key end users.
Tracks and documents all versions and releases of third-party products.
Creates and maintains design documentation (System and Business Process Workflows, etc.) via Visio or related product.
Coordinates and implements Ellucian and third-party configuration changes
Assists System Engineer with applications upgrades, fixes, and patches.
Installs new third party software.
Works closely with Systems Engineer to ensure system requirement compatibility for projects.
Analyzes and understands the needs of users and provides functional and technical support for third-party applications.
Provides primary technical support related to third-party applications and secondary support to Ellucian Colleague.
Employs creative problem solving skills for the purpose of resolving complex problems.
Certifies third-party applications are installed correctly.
Recommends and implements process changes to improve delivery of service.
Utilizes the ERP Project Management Methodology for assigned projects
Identifies and implements new and innovative ways to maximize the efficiency of technical services and support.
Performs system testing related to support activities.
Assists the Director of ERP Solution Services with coordinating technology resources related to the efficient operation of mission critical third-party processes.
Works with other Enterprise Technology staff to complete projects as needed.
Participates as a team member in the implementation of the third-party systems, including all functional training sessions.
Participates in Unit Retreats and Assessments.
Responsible for complying with all required College mandated training within the prescribed timelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Work schedule subject to change based on the needs of the department.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
