: We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to lead and manage geographically dispersed team members responsible for providing Web access management solutions to the Enterprise applications. This position will be managing the sub-teams which helps in accomplishing the access management solutions. This position provides leadership and decision-making for the team; and will work collaboratively with others to continually increase the security, efficiency of processes, and quality of service for our line of business partners, and to meet the demand of changing technologies while reducing complexity and increasing consistency in web access management arena. The position requires a thought leader who can drive innovation for delivering security. This role requires a clear understanding and technical knowledge of all the components involved in the Single Sign On environment. Position will lead process improvements, operation efficiency, and capacity planning to meet technical and business demands.
Facilitating the relationships between the information security organization and various line of businesses
Conducts research and makes recommendations regarding innovative products and services
Influences and recommends technology selection to meet Identity & access management security requirements
Monitors projects to ensure timely delivery and partner satisfaction
Maintains regular communication with all levels of leadership within our IT organization
Administering a budget, operating policies, and planning for the team.
Providing direction and on-going leadership for 12/7 support in an on-call rotation, and for the team under Identity and Authentication Solutions
Guiding subject matter experts responsible for retaining knowledge/expertise surrounding the end-to-end implementation, functionality, and external dependencies
Assessing and instituting career development/training opportunities, mentorship to team members, performance reviews, as well as lead improvements to the department service model, processes and work flow
Responsible for Configuration drift management and audit logging process flow and helping team to research and tracking down production configuration changes and ensuring compliance to Enterprise controls are met
Responsible for guiding the team in designing the complex SiteMinder policies as applicable to application requirements, migrating SiteMinder policies
Responsible for guiding and supporting team on SAML Identity and Service Providers during the deployment in production environment.
Responsible for guiding and helping the team in troubleshooting both LDAP and SiteMinder services and assisting with problem resolution with SiteMinder web-agents or IDF Connect plug-in (Cloud-based integrations) in the production environment.
Market Skills and Certifications
Total 10+ years of experience and ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Minimum 8+ years of information security and IAM Domain experience.
At least 7+ years of Single Sign-on experience
At least 6+ years of CA Siteminder experience
At least 5+ years of SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) experience
2+ years of strategic planning in a technology environment
2+ years leadership or people management experience in a Technology environment
Hands on experience on IIS, Apache, Okta Identity, private cloud technologies like AWS, MS Azure etc.
In-depth understanding of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)
Experience delivering complex enterprise wide information technology solutions
Knowledge and understanding of Remedy or ServiceNow
Proven understanding of IAM architecture, management and underlying security concerns
Advanced Information Security technical skills and understanding of information security practices and policies
