The Digital Technology and Innovation group supports the Corporate Strategy, Digital Platform & Innovation Business. Together they work closely to continue evolving Wells Fargo's digital platforms and enhance integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities.
The Innovations Delivery team is building out a Customer Engagement Engine (CEE) -a single AI powered brain, connected to all authenticated channels that will learn and decide the next best conversation to have with a customer at any given time.
The Software Engineer on this team will be responsible for hands-on coding and testing to develop enablement and automation capabilities for the CEE application. Additional daily tasks include,but are not limited to the following:
Provides technical consultation and support in the development of CEE application.
Working with Security Architects, Business Analysts and customers to understand and validate all stakeholder and business requirements.
Design and write technical specifications to design appropriate Distributed Ledger Technology Solutions and controls.
Participating in system and user acceptance testing tasks as assigned.
Acting as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting.
Assuring quality, security and compliance requirements are met.
Selected candidate will be required to work within the following Wells Fargo location: 1755 Grant Street, Concord, CA 94520. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

5+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of Java experience
5 + years of experience with Agile tools
1+ years of experience using HP ALM or other testing tools
5+ years of scripting and automation experience
5+ years of experience in software delivery in a large matrixed organization or on a complex system such as AKA, Development, DEVOPS, or QA
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
1+ year of Pega experience
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
