About the Department The Home Lending Self Assurance Monitoring Team's scope is to evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulations are followed and that callers have a consistently positive experience when calling the Investment Contact Center.
Internally known as Operation Manager 2
Manages 1 or more lines of business processes in the operations area ensuring transitions progress smoothly and process meets its agreed KRAs.
Responsible for creating and monitoring business goals for team that align to WFIP goals and LOB/Enterprise expectations.
Provide strategic leadership in the design and implementation of processes, procedures, quality control measures, performance management, reporting, and risk mitigation
Provide strategic vision for sustainable growth and expansion
Cultivate a continuous improvement culture across large teams/business segments
May interact and/or negotiate with senior level business partners in WFIP and Wells Fargo US
Leads a team of Operations Supervisor and/or Operations Manager
Ensure process is compliant with regulations of host country at all times
Manage budgets at appropriate level
Manage senior internal stakeholders including support groups
Market Skills and Certifications
5+ years of Quality Assurance, Analytics and Operational Leadership experience
Experience in managing projects
Advanced knowledge and understanding of operations policies and procedures
Flexible to work in shifts and go on business travels when required
