The Principal Revenue Cycle Integration Manager will be responsible for:
Working with operations and technical resources involved with projects to develop clear deliverables and expectations for software outcomes
Managing vendor relationship(s), meeting frequently with key sales, product and development from vendor to manage escalated issues, development needs and roadmap of projects with vendor
Point of escalation for issues or concerns posing risk to software implementation timelines, ongoing support or roadmap. Responsible for developing resolution plans to address issues
Developing and reporting on key success indicators to determine overall impact of products
Identifying and vetting potential development opportunities with vendor(s)
Maintaining relationships with senior leadership of the user community to understand business requirements and goals and assists in identifying and prioritizing system maintenance efforts to support business objectives
Providing expertise in Epic and Revenue Cycle vendor best practices, integration and recommendations
Performing gap analysis on existing processes and technology to determine improvement opportunities.
To qualify, you must have:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
5 years of Revenue Cycle technical experience.
Epic HB, PB, Claims, Grand Central/Prelude or Cadence certification preferred.
Understanding and grasp of operational workflows and needs to inform technical solution delivery
Technical expertise of interfaces and integration between Epic and RCM platforms
Ability to lead and communicate with multiple levels and teams across organization
Ability to lead and manage Implementations, adhering to core principles of project management, scoping and delivery
Experience with implementing/supporting X12 type interfaces (270/271, 278R, 837/835, 277) Vendor management experience a plus
