About the Role
We are hiring for a Business Support Consultant (similar to job title – Tools and Production Reporting) position in Wells Fargo-India. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with Enterprise Finance Group Business Process Management (GBPM) teams on supporting performance management dashboards, providing support on automation including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), harnessing data for insights, establishing linkages between databases. This role will also support BPM engagements within Enterprise Finance as per business needs.
Partner with GBPM Lead in aligning with the BPM COE to ensure a common approach, methodology and operationalization of people, process, and tools across business processes with EF
Develop metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of projects/programs, services and initiatives
Manage data from sources across EF GBPM and present to leadership to enable strategic and key decisions through data visualization techniques and data analytics
Provide support on performance management dashboards by using data visualization and enabling digitization
Analyzing data from multiple sources and establish linkages between databases
Solve complex problems involving multiple, possibly competing, business processes/process segments to identify risks/ impacts/ opportunities and where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors, conceptual thinking, and problem solving skills
Utilize tools such as iGrafx, simulations, statistical analysis etc. to formulate analyses and derive recommendations including financial analysis as applicable. Incorporate retrospective review of changes to include performance tracking and analysis, effective controls
Consult with leaders to understand, influence, adapt analysis, and create alternatives for consideration & Leverages business acumen effectively to impart relevant information to business partners and leadership. Influence primarily peers to SVP level to drive results and bring issues to resolution
Provide support on automation including development of bots for RPA initiatives
Identify and recognize best practices that can be replicated across business and assist in change management
Seek and share industry standards and domain practices for honing professional skills and value add
Provide support on BPM engagements as per business needs
Market Skills and Certifications
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration / Science / Information Technology
Advanced level of proficiency in Share Point and SQL
High Level of technical skills including advanced skills in statistical packages like Excel Analytical Tool Pack / SAS
Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Workflow tools, Python etc.
High degree of familiarity with RPA tools like Blue Prism / UI Path / Work Fusion
Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and contacts within work group
Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), influencing and partnering skills
10 years of work experience in Project / Program Management or Business Analyst or Production Support roles
Proven track record in Robotic Process Automation
Hands-on-experience on Share Point, databases etc.
Knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle and/or relevant certifications will be an added advantage
Prior experience of working as an internal consultant with a Global Banking Financial firm or Consulting firm or Finance Shared Services is an advantage
