We are looking for a passionatecommunicator to join the fun and creative working environment of the EMCommunications Office. The Communications Coordinator will develop andimplement creative solutions for project needs and goals by organizing andleading discovery meetings with Division leaders. They will assess communicationneeds as well as plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing andcommunication plans and strategies. *Supportmarketing and communications goals and strategies for the Division and itsdepartments.
*Plan,coordinate, and execute integrated marketing and communications plans.
*Developcontent across print and digital channels.
*Collaborateon the management of communication flows targeted at specificprospective-student, current-student, or influencer audiences.
*Implementcontent marketing and social media strategies and tactics.
*Developand implement creative solutions to communication opportunities.
*Ensurecompliance with University branding and marketing standards.
*Createand manage multiple project plans and schedules.
*Providefeedback and insight to management on process improvements.
*Organize,manage, prioritize, and be accountable for project workflows from creativedevelopment through delivery of materials.
*Manageand enforce a rigorous approvals process for quality control.
*Provideprofessional creative writing, text editing, and proof-reading for allcommunication mediums (web, print, social media, email, news releases).
*Createoriginal content to share and promote the Division and its departments acrossvarious communication mediums.
*Developmaterials and coordinate the production of digital video recordings and newsreleases.
*Review,revise, and make corrections to materials prior to publication.
*Researchand analyze appropriate information and materials to advise departments onaccuracy of information.
*Buildpositive relationships with division staff,campus partners, students, and faculty;
*Work with thecentral Office of Communications and Marketing to ensure consistency ofUniversity communications and branding.
