Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
We are looking for your expertise in managing projects from initial design and scope management, through to execution and cost control, with ongoing quality and performance reporting. You'll be leading a team to deliver complex Products, to meet the business needs and deliver the Western Union Business Solutions Product roadmap. As a Project manager, you will guide your project team, and you'll be responsible for managing dedicated multi-functional teams and ensuring both flexibility and the consistent use of best practices by all.
For this role, you will need excellent people management and team-building skills. Strong Project management is a must, and a good understanding of agile processes such as Scrum framework & lean practices. Preferably, you will have worked within Business Readiness project management and Product Development previously. Certifications in one or more of the following is a plus: SAFe® Agilist, SAFe® Scrum Master, SAFe® Release Train Engineer, Agile Scrum Master, Prince 2 Practitioner, BVOP, PMP.
