Harvard FAS CAMLab (Chinese Art Media Lab) resides in the Department of History of Art and Architecture. Reporting to the Director of CAMLab, with a dotted line to the Associate Director of CAMLab, the position will work with the Director to identify and develop potential projects, curate and lead one or several research and development projects. The person will also be in charge of the lab's outreach and collaborative efforts. In addition, the position will also take on fundraising responsibilities.
The duties include the following but not limited to:
Identify potential projects, provide background, and assess the scale and viability of the project.
Manage one and several projects. Assemble team(s) to work on the projects. Closely monitor, track, and follow through the projects in different phases of the project. Ensure the completion of the projects on time.
Must be bi-lingual, written and verbal, Mandarin/English.
Work with the director and the project team to improve the concept and execution of the project.
Provide a conduit between the director and the project teams.
Responsible for setting up and following up with external individuals and institutions for collaborative projects.
Help director curate exhibitions and special art events.
Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
Coordinate with vendors and talent personnel as needed
Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain department standard.
Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed.
Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.

A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related professional work experience is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
