The Manager of the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute in Marketing and Communications is responsible for the overall management of the creation, and execution, of strategic marketing plans that support RNI’s strategic business priorities and operational goals. This person will lead the marketing and communication initiatives in support of the RNI. The marketing manager must have the ability to work within many areas of marketing and communications, including: supervising team members; managing campaign budgets; placing media buys in a variety of formats (print, digital, out-of-home, broadcast); managing marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels; planning and executing the social media strategy in support of assigned services; managing all internal and external communications; managing media relations for the RNI; and developing copy and content that can be repurposed across multiple outreach channels. This person will lead the marketing and communications for clinical, academic, and research components of RNI.
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
-Seven (7) years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, news media, public relations, or journalism.
