The Digital Business Support Associate role is an individual contributor that will report to the Site Admin Manager and play a vital role in supporting WellsTrade, Intuitive Investor, and Wells Fargo Advisor Solutions product offerings.
The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Manage regular recurring processes that support the Digital & Automated Investing products. Examples include reviewing control or service request reports and taking appropriate action, which may result in account maintenance or alerting advisors or other key partners.
Manage access review and controls; Partner with Identity and Access Management to maintain D&AI access profiles
Support ad-hoc initiatives by conducting account research or account maintenance when needed
Partner with coaching team as an onboarding coordinator assisting with submitting access requests and submitting schedule and skilling request for new hire classes
Partner with Site Admin Manager to assist in managing SLAs via partnership with Workforce
Process daily incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
Manage submission of access requests from end to end for D&AI advisors
Manage equipment ordering, installation, and inventory
Partner with corporate real estate to manage all physical space needs within D&AI site.
Provide execution support during BCP events
1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher
Knowledge and understanding of call center: customer service, or sales reporting/support
1+ year of customer service experience
Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Other Desired Qualifications
Ability to manage to goals, deadlines, and various tasks
Exposure to D&AI products (WT, Intuitive Investor, Solutions)
Experience in or supporting a call center environment
