Perhaps the single greatest part of being a DVM is the ability to continuously learn, and be invigorated to discover and grow as an individual. The ability to challenge the status quo and have each day be new and fresh is what makes our career exciting and rewarding. We are seeking associates who want to combine their love of high level small animal medicine with the community involvement and pride of giving back that rescue work brings. A desire to educate clients, collaborate with colleagues and grow as practitioners is imperative. Our doctors enjoy: - A 4-4.5 day work week (avg 28-35 hours respectively) and 100+K compensation package.
- The ability to focus on the aspects of veterinary medicine that drive them
- Support/Mentorship in areas they want to improve in (surgery, dentistry, client communication, medicine)
- The ability to learn new or further develop skills and services they enjoy (e.x. we have invested in soft tissue surgery, dentistry and diagnostic cytology training programs that are online and available for all of our doctors to learn from)
- A fair, flexible and accommodating work schedule
- Being able to bring in new treatments, drugs or therapies they want to try
- Maternity/Parental Leave 12 weeks (paid 50% of wages for 8 weeks)
Veterinarians of all experience levels that have a positive team-player attitude, are personable, have a great work ethic, enjoy hands on learning and collaboration, and can communicate well with clients and staff are encouraged to reach out.
