The Global Payments Services Team is responsible for creating shared services to support payment origination across different rails icluding Wires, ACH and Real Time Payments. The team also creates orchestration business services to support customer facing origination channels. Our strategic vision is to provide customers with a consistent Global Payments experience across channels by creating composite applications based on reusable services.
The Global Payment Services team is looking for an experienced Technology Business Systems Associate with excellent skills documenting functional design, process flows, schema modeling and data mapping for Web Services and APIs ising xml and json. The candidate must also have strong experience with ACH, Wires and Real Time Payments and ISO20022.
Collaborate with business owners, end users, and Subject Matter Experts to gather and document business and functional requirements.
Using knowledge of software development processes, determine where/how requested improvements or new features affect the current product.
Draft and maintain FSD's, Use cases, Schemas, Data Mapping documents and other software requirement documents for improvements or new features.
Work closely with Product Management, Software Engineers and Quality Assurance throughout all phases of the software development life cycle.
The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work well both independently and in a team environment with confidence. Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills are a must. Preferred location is Chandler, AZ.
5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience or a combination of both demonstrated through work, military, or education
5+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
5+ years of experience with data analysis and documentation
5 + years of experience writing Functional Specifications Documents (FSD's)
3+ years of payment processing industry experience
3+ years of XML (Extensible Markup Language) experience
2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
1+ year of experience with SWIFT MT (Message Type) and ISO20022 standard
Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
Knowledge and understanding of XML (Extensible Markup Language)
Knowledge and understanding of creation of sequence diagrams and web service level data mapping
