The Educational Coordinator will provide day-to-day support in coordinating new online master's degree programs, developing new Master of Engineering (MENG) professional programs and non-degree training programs, and supporting existing master's degree programs in School of Engineering. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop collaborative relationships and support an inter-departmental team of faculty, administrators, and staff across the school and with external partners.
The Educational Program Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and communication related to the admission of master's students; tracking of enrolled student progress; scheduling of online course sections and coordination for on-campus programs; and supporting the overall development and enhancement of online professional and Master's degree programs.

Duties and Responsibilities *Provide operational and administrative support to the Director, Senior Associate Dean, and faculty Program Directors to ensure the successful launch and ongoing vitality of master's programs *Create and manage social media accounts for professional programs and collaborate with external marketing firms to develop and promote marketing strategies for new programs *Support key school and university functions such as program admissions, compliance, registration, student support, and related processes *Collaborate with faculty and external partners regarding student advising and course registration, and assist with scheduling class sections or training program offerings *Work with Director and the Chief Business Officer to prepare and administer program budget, compile data for budget, and monitor expenses against budget *Work with faculty Program Directors, faculty, and the University Registrar Office (URO) to track students' academic progress *Confirm compliance to academic requirements and create reports on student progress *Develop and keep current program catalogs *Manage event logistics for on-campus immersions including vendor contracts, room scheduling, and related responsibilities *Work with the University Registrar's Office (URO) to assist with degree verification and graduation processing online students *Develop strong proficiency in Learning Management System and supporting analytics and reporting *Attend meetings as needed *Other tasks as assigned
