The DBS Consumer Banking Group has embarked on the mission to build out cognitive banking at scale. As part of this, we are looking to transform the way our front line operates, and with that refresh the tooling available to support them to scale core parts of their business.
Deliver on strategic roadmap for front line tooling together with relevant business and technology partners across the region. As part of this, build best in class employee and customer journeys, often by re-imagining current state
Responsible for business as usual management of front line tools; including driving of adoption and change management
Responsible for further evolving the strategy, incl. budgeting, stakeholder engagement, etc.
Ensure appropriate governance, stakeholders management and communication
Partner with technology to ensure delivery, scope and dependency management
Ensure the viabilities of business plans are worked out and adhered to by stakeholders (e.g. deadlines for discovery, design, usability testing, etc.)
Build out an in dept understanding of user needs and deliver best in class Employee Journeys / Customer Journeys in collaboration with design team, product/other biz, data, business delivery and tech partners.
Ensure cognitive banking vision and use of data insights is fully embedded into the buildout of new tools
Take decisions on prioritization of features
Work with Regional teams to deliver the front line tooling regionally
Build up overall Business & Technology platform maturity
Drive adoption and change management with sales & distribution / segment in line with overall cognitive banking change initiatives
Ensure set-up of BAU production support teams. Responsible for escalations.
Keep up to date on best practices, as well as concerns from the ground, and possible improvements to continue to build on the strategic vision for Client Connect.
Responsible for day to day management of a team
Represent DBS on internal employee tooling towards external partners, media, etc.
Has lead buildout of a innovative platform
Business Program Management, including budget & stakeholders management
