• Manage and deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment focused on:
  • Software product development process transformation
  • Software product re-platforming/modernization 
• Lead and assist pursuits and practice development initiatives related to:
  • Software product development process transformation
  • Software product re-platforming/modernization 
• Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte’s collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients’ challenges
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
• Continually develop your knowledge in the latest solutions and trends in software product development

We advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions that bring world-class supply network and operational capabilities to our clients. We provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value through M&A events.

 

Required qualifications

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing software development solutions
• Minimum 5 years of expertise with progressive SW product development practices, metrics, enabling technology
• Expertise with IDEs, DevOps, CI/CD, ALM, Jira, Rally, IBM Rational, Perforce tools
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Travel 80% (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.) 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

 

Preferred qualifications

• Strong understanding of work needed to plan, design and execute the modernization and re-platforming of a product to a cloud native / SaaS model
• Depth of experience leading medium to large size teams
• Prior consulting experience or Fortune 500 organization
• Experience in the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and solution design through go live.
• Project management experience
• Managing and executing projects in a multi-workstream environment
• Strong oral, written communication skills and presentation skills
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word
