Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

·       Identifying, writing and managing business requirements.

·       Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).

·       Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training.

·       Project Costing and Grants Management

The Oracle Enterprise Solutions offering provides services from ERP and Cloud strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client’s business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.  Our goal is to expand our presence in the Federal Oracle marketplace through the development of impactful internal and external eminence.

Qualifications

Required

·       Functional implementation experience with 2+ complex, full lifecycle PeopleSoft Financials implementations (PeopleSoft 9.2).

·       A minimum of 6 years of experience implementing some combination of PeopleSoft Financials modules including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Treasury.

·       Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

·       Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills; interacting with IT staff and all levels of end users on a global basis.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent experience.

·       Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

·       Must be able to travel up to 20% (while 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further

·       Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Gilbert, AZ area

Preferred

·       Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft queries; experience with PeopleSoft nVision and App Designer is a plus
