Roles and Responsibilities:
Be the driver and leader to collaborate with different internal and external functions to grow and optimize bancassurance business through new digital business model
Formulate digital business roadmap and strategy for Bancassurance and non-traditional partners
Lead, manage and coordinate the implementation of the latest digital solutions and projects for the bank partners
Coordinate with Group Office to drive and implement the new business model to enhance sales penetration and customer experience through data-driven segmentation and propositions
Develop proposal and provide business analysis in recommending business solutions to management
Support channel heads to manage P&L of multiple AIA distribution channels and meet channel specific sales and profitability targets
Business channel budgeting and sales planning
Serve as key account management for non-traditional partners and to achieve its assigned business target
Keep abreast of digital and market trends in the bancassurance sector as well as market best practices
Manage and develop a stable and high-achieving team with a high degree of employee engagement
Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in partnership management and delivering promising business results in bancassurance industry
Experience in delivering of digital project is preferable
Experience in leading and developing team
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage and collaborate with senior management and working committee in development and execute of business initiatives
Well-developed negotiating and management skills to foster continual improvement of channel business to achieve company KPIs
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to gain the acceptance and support of ideas, cooperation of others, and the ability to modify styles and techniques to accommodate tasks, situations and individuals.
Ability to manage the channel budget and sales planning
Prominent skill to oversight and leadership for the execution of business strategies with business partners
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Highly-proficient use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Obtain relevant license if job involves in regulated activities.
