The Senior Recruitment Specialist, Executive Search, supports the recruitment efforts for Tenetï¿½s Executive Search Team.This individual partners closely with the Executive Search Recruiting Team to manage the overall recruiting process and candidate experience from end-to-end, as well as collaborates in staffing plans for the department, and develops strategies and implements action plans related to both the candidate experience and recruitment process execution.This includes but is not limited to:
Primary responsibility is scheduling candidates for interviews at various locations, inclusive of necessary logistics / travel.Review calendars to determine best itinerary for the candidate, at the earliest available date. Pull together an agenda for the key stakeholders, and add the option of telephone interviews or videoconferences.
ï¿½Create and develop position descriptions for Hospital A-Teams (CEO, COO, CFO, CNO, CMO, and CSO roles, in addition to developing position descriptions for various home office senior executive roles, as requested by Executive Leadership.
ï¿½Working closely with and develop effective working relationships with home office, group/market and hospital-based staff in arranging meeting schedules for candidate interviews.
ï¿½Overseeing the processing of respective online assessments;
ï¿½Gather confidential candidate feedback after home office and group/market interviews and disseminating information to appropriate hiring managers/executive search consultants, as requested;
ï¿½Oversee preparation of formal reference reports for hospital, group/market or home office clients, as well as assisting executive search consultant in checking professional references, as needed.
ï¿½Managing a high volume of check requisitions for candidate expenses and invoices from outside search firms, ensuring that timelines, metrics, service and quality standards are met.
ï¿½Gathering/compiling/maintaining/providing metrics for HR-related activities and special projects.Managing the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data is handled in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.
ï¿½Maintain executive search shared drive for recruiting team, creating folders for new searches, organizing older search projects, and generally assuring that the shared drive is easy for the team to navigate and that all necessary documentation is included in appropriate folders.
ï¿½Serving as a problem-solver and creative thinker in a challenging and dynamic environment, resolving issues related to scheduling, human resources programs and problems, and other special projects;
ï¿½Composing and maintaining recruitment related reference and background experience documents and guidelines, i.e., confidential candidate reports and/or executive summaries, etc., ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
ï¿½Lead and provide ongoing support for various projects and initiatives related to continuous improvement in recruitment;
ï¿½Initiating and maintaining a network of contacts to assist recruiters in the identification of qualified candidates for hiring needs, and developing sourcing methodologies and strategies to target and identify qualified candidates.
ï¿½Partnering with Assistants to the CEOï¿½s to prepare Search Committee documents for presentation to the Board Members during the CEO selection process.
ï¿½Professionally escort executive candidates while onsite at home office for interviews, and ensure all logistics, technologies, and attendees are informed, functioning and on track
ï¿½Act as mentor to Executive Recruitment Specialist
ï¿½All other duties as assigned
ï¿½High school diploma or GED, with two years of college preferred. Experience in lieu of higher education will be considered.
ï¿½Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment
ï¿½Must have the ability meet deadlines
ï¿½Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
