Provides support to GLF business in the following areas:
Provide Support to Singapore and Regional teams (including Malaysia, Indonesia or other regional countries, where applicable)
Manage, Lead and Motivate a team of Business Support Analysts and project team
Manage, co-ordinate and prioritise GLF related ITSR & Projects
Manage GLF related budget to ensure maximisation of resources
Understand business requirements and propose end-to-end system and operational solutions for GLF related products
Act as bridge between GLF business users, O&T group, IT support groups, card associations, NETS and vendors, where applicable, to deliver the business solution or resolve operational issues
Channel Coordination for GLF related enhancements & projects
Lead Process improvement initiatives
Manage technical vendors on project basis
Participate in innovative project development and implementation, where appropriate
Manage adhoc project teams to deliver solutions for GLF related enhancements & projects
1 st level investigation for GLF related system issues
Support cross-functional projects
Manage and Handle regulatory, compliance or operational risk related matters, where applicable
Represent GLF in coordinating all audit related reviews
Bachelor's Degree or Business IT or IT related diploma with minimum 10 years of experience in Banking, Payment (Credit / Debit) Cards or Unsecured Loans Business project management &/or operations &/or technology, preferably having managed medium to large scale payment card projects.
Broad and in-depth knowledge or understanding of credit cards, unsecured loans or payments solutions.
Strong verbal communications, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, internal and/or external.
Strong Leadership skills and must be able to lead, manage, influence and motivate project team to achieve desired KPIs, deliverables &/or results required for the system or process enhancements &/or projects.
Highly developed analytical strategic-thinking, problem-solving and organisational skills with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignment and roles.
Skilled analytical thinker with ability to identify, prioritise and resolve various complex production issues.
Strong team player, able to work independently quick learner, customer service focused, resourceful and detailed oriented and excellent follow through.
Able to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical or operation requirements.
Able to provide creative or alternative solutions to address business problems and achieve desired outcome.
Able to manage system enhancements or projects within the assigned/approved budgets.
