: The Manager of EGS Active Directory Services & Enterprise Password Vault teams will be responsible to Lead a team of Information Security Engineers who provide system administration for security sensitive servers. The team is responsible for ensuring the stability of security products designed for the Active Directory platform and helping connect tools and processes; protect information assets through the management, administration and monitoring of Active Directory and Windows systems in support of security-focused initiatives.
This position involves day-to-day communications with peer support groups required to maintain the security server infrastructure. Provides technical leadership and consultation associated with operating systems or subsystems. Develops departmental procedures and establishes a consistent support model. Establishes server maintenance schedule. Performs resource planning for on site, remote/geographically dispersed team members. Consults with peer managers, customers and staff and is responsible for process and procedure improvements. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.

Strategize and support Active Directory Products roadmap with year on year continuous improvement as value addition.
Strategize and support Cyber Ark, Radiant One Products roadmap with year on year continuous improvement as value addition.
Support On Call Escalation for Active Directory & Cyber Ark Technology
Contribute/Develop and implement enterprise wide strategic initiatives and best practices of EIS organization at the enterprise level
Partner with EIS and EIT to understand business processes and requirements and then provides consulting and solutions design to enable risk mitigation across the Active Directory platform
Primary contact for customers and partners in their pursuit to implement the best possible security solutions
Plan, measure and monitor health of operations with KPIs and KRIs.
Lead initiatives like predictive trend analysis, continuous improvement thru automations and cross trainings. Come up with peak and non-peak flexible staffing guidance
Oversee and contribute to shift roasters and on-call support schedules.
Partner with senior stakeholders in the business to influence project outcomes
Create and maintain Statement of work and Process Service Description for the function
Responsible for recruitment, performance management and team development.
Accomplish results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job results and coaching

Market Skills and Certifications
Overall 12+ years of Active Directory experience with minimum 5+ information security applications and systems experience and 3+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
3+ years of Cyber Ark & its Components configuration & deployment experience.
Knowledge of Cyber Ark and its components, CPM, PTA, PSM etc.
Expertise in leading Heterogeneous directory environment that includes a mix of Active Directory, Azure AD, VDS and OVD.
Expertise in leading Microsoft managed products for Active Directory.
Experience in Identity, Access, Authentication, Authorization, Directory, SSO and Federation products (MS Active Directory, Azure AD, Virtual Directory, ADFS) Server and Virtualization ( Windows Server 2012, 2016, Hyper V, VMWare) Network Technologies (DNS, DHCP, WINS, IPv6, WAF, Load balancer), monitoring tools (SCOM, Splunk) patching tools (WSUS, SCCM) and other platform security control solutions).
Expertise in information security industry and regulatory standards, policies, procedures and control systems
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and project management skills. Extremely good in verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
Effective people management experience with managing managers and team members
Bachelors or Master's degree in Technology /Engineering
Industry certification like Cyber Ark, Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Engineer(MCSE), CCNA, VCP, CISSP, CISM in good standing for over 3 years
Experience in Banking organization
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory database technologies, preferably AD Service Interface (ADSI), Kerberos, LDAP, PKI, Group Policy, Active Directory Replication, Distributed File System (DFS), Site & Services, Azure AD
Experience with Network technologies, Domain Name Service (DNS), Domain Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), WINS, IPv6, MS NLB, F5.
Knowledge and understanding of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)
Expertise in advanced scripting experience using VB Script, Windows Power Shell.
Experience with change control processes and governance
