This role will be part of the APAC Talent Management and Diversity team based in APAC. The incumbent will be responsible for providing execution and project management & communication support across leadership, management, professional development, employee engagement, performance management, inclusion and diversity and key regional strategic initiatives
The position reports into the APAC Talent Management and Diversity Lead and will partner and consult closely with APAC Talent specialists, HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and other key regional and global stakeholders to inform and support the implementation of these initiatives.
Partner with Talent Management & Diversity Leads to enable successful project planning, execution and ongoing project management
Act as the connective tissue across multiple projects ensuring clear communications and consistent high-quality project management
Manage stakeholder engagement and communication ensuring high levels of understanding, participation and engagement
Provide administrative and organizational expertise and leverage for key talent deliverables including but not exclusive to performance management, leadership development, people manager effectiveness and strategic talent projects
Facilitate flagship culture programs and act as a thought partner to the team where needed
Coordinate with Talent Development Operations to ensure successful and efficient program delivery when required
Manage and maintain relationships with external facilitators and training providers. Assess and select new vendors as required
Participate in ad hoc projects across talent management as needed

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in some of the following areas: Project Management, Facilitation, internal and or employee communications
Previous experience working within a global matrix structure
Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner effectively with business leaders and within HR function
Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a fast paced, high pressure environment
Experience with digital learning, capability definition, learning systems management
Originates ideas and takes initiative to scope, design and customize solutions
Solid facilitation and presentation skills and hungry to develop
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to navigate through ambiguity; flexible and adaptable to change
Critical thinker and able to learn new ways to think analytically and critically including working with data and drawing insights
Process orientation and attention to detail
