The Graduate Business Recruitment Coordinator will oversee the graduate recruitment and enrollment processes in the Graduate Business Program office. The recruitment coordinator will collaborate effectively with the director, COBA leadership, faculty, and administrators to positively impact enrollment yield. The Recruitment Coordinator will also provide oversight for the college level SLATE/CRM communication plan, coordinate outreach efforts, communicate with campus-level enrollment management, provide data needed to drive recruitment-focused decision making, and exhibit a high level of energy and enthusiasm in representing the college in the enrollment management landscape. This position will report to the Director of the Graduate Business Programs.
* Enhance successful recruitment and outreach efforts to increase interest from prospective students; serve as the liaison for the college for all recruitment related initiatives. * Provide appropriate follow-up communication with prospective students regarding inquiries on course content, campus and student life, and scholarship opportunities, in collaboration with the Director, advisors, and faculty. * Contribute to college-level enrollment strategic planning efforts to impact enrollment yield. * Represent the university to prospective students at recruiting and job fairs and conferences, including required travel for local, regional, and state events. * Conduct monthly informational sessions (face to face or virtual). * Maintain recruitment materials, including digital and social media, monitor website. * Serve as coordinator for SLATE implementation strategies for the college. * Compile data and materials to prepare reports and summaries and communicate to department and college leadership. * Track analytics from SLATE to contribute to informed decision making for resource allocation. * Collaborate with the director and advisors to streamline the enrollment process, recruiting, and marketing. * Design and conceptualize new programs for recruiting and create new project plans for incorporating recruiting strategies to meet campus and college admission and enrollment goals. * Assist with PMBA logistics. * Assist with weekend events and residencies for the Professional MBA.
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
* Master's degree * Three years of student services and higher education experience; graduate and corporate recruitment experience. * Knowledge of CRMs and other supportive databases. * Computer and database literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to prioritize various tasks and assignments. * Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Experience working with multiple demands, schedules, and work styles. * Ability to work with a team of people, as well as work alone with confidence. * Basic knowledge of various social media recruiting platforms * Knowledge of FERPA regulations and the ability to handle confidential information.
