This position acts as the contract coordinator for CHN including ensuring compliance with all physiciancontracting processes, maintaining contract files, and adequate documentation, business cases, etc. as well as managingphysician remuneration and accounts payable functions. This position also supports CHN and the physician alignmentdepartments including physician contracting, physician recruiting coordination, and supports various provider initiatives.
Assists in the implementing of physician services initiatives including special projects, physician events, and other business development support. This position is responsible for managing projects, deliverables and support of the CHN provider partnerships team (maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports), directing and coordinating project work (assigning tasks, controlling the schedules of the team), through creation of documents and conducting research to support the products of the department.
Continuously monitors the progression of workflow and deliverables and updates status when necessary. Coordinates meetings and drafts/sends project communications. Works closely with the CHN network partners and provider partnership reps to ensure information relevant to their region is delivered and updated continuously.
What You Bring/Job Requirements

1 year related work experience
Strong interpersonal/communication skills
Knowledge of hospital or physician office setting, preferred
High School Diploma/GED, required.
Bachelors Degree or 3 years of related experience, required.
Physical Requirements-Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
