About the Role
Manages, directly and through subordinates, operational activities for a large single functional unit or multiple sections. Directs nonexempt staff or a small entry-level exempt staff. Works independently on moderately complex issues and projects. Manages ongoing processing efforts and is accountable to manager for unit budget.
Salesforce Administrator and Data management
Manage case queue and bring the cases pertaining to data management to closure
Involved from start of the case all the way through the deployment and will actively lead and manage requirements gathering, design, development, validation/testing and deployment of the case
Train new and existing users on how to use database applications, keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed
Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate opportunities, contacts, and accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required
Address data management and quality issues that arise in form of cases
Train and on-board Salesforce.com users in reporting requirements, data entry, and data security procedures, and develop and update related materials and resources
Help salesforce reporting for U.S businesses on pipeline reporting and other individual user ad-hoc report requests
Design, develop, and test Tableau dashboards and data visualizations
Integrate dashboards and reports from a variety of sources, assuring that they adhere to data quality, usability and business rule standards
Work closely with BI CoE IT for delivery of maintenance releases
In-take end-user ad-hoc data visualization requests
Interact and/or negotiate with senior level business partners in WF US and EGS
Flexibility to work in shifts & open for lateral opportunities as per the business requirements
Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices
Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures
Responsible for creating and monitoring business goals for team that align to Enterprise goals
Foster strong relationship with Line of Business leaders through regular communication

Market Skills and Certifications
Salesforce advanced administrator certification
Hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience and all types of SFDC admin tasks
Thorough knowledge/experience working with custom fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process flows in Salesforce.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, Apex, and Salesforce API.
Hands-on development/maintenance experience in Tableau
Develop, implement and maintain test strategies and plans
Experience with Data Extraction, Transformation and Load (ETL) knowledge of how to extract, transform and load data
Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purpose
Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards
Knowledge on connecting to multiple data sources through Tableau is required
Exercise strong project leadership skills, combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills to deliver desired business value and outcomes for our clients
Sound judgment and the ability to know when to listen vs. ask questions
Strong aptitude for prioritization and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
Keen ability to quickly connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the application
Expert in the assessment of business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support
