The Senior Consultant will be at the forefront of crafting and implementing a business strategy for supporting Fidelity's Equity Compensation clients. The role will be responsible for business development and overall delivery of data and administrative optimization services to clients with outsourced benefit programs, with a focus on equity compensation plans. The Senior Consultant will interact direct with clients on program strategy. Additionally, they will work with the Consultant and the internal Fidelity team, as needed in identifying and reviewing the client's operational optimization and data needs and propose solutions.
The Expertise You Have
10 years of experience in a Stock Plan employer offered consulting role or an administration team manager (corporate benefits, outsourcing or consulting firm)
3 years of experience focused on business development
3 years focused on program/project management
Understanding of equity compensation and stock plan administration.

Building, managing and growing client relationships by delivering an outstanding level of customer happiness with every engagement.
Provide oversight to ensuring project team members deliver realistic project plans including scope, duration and effort.
Identifying risk areas and lead the team to appropriate solutions when obstacles are encountered.
Identifying, defining and applying client specific benefits knowledge inclusive of administrative procedures, systems configuration and data utilization.
